All cancellations require a 24 hour notice. If cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If cancelled within less than 24 hours of your appointment, your session payment will not be refunded. No shows will not receive their session payment back and may not be allowed to reschedule in the future.

A credit card is required to hold appointment times. All payments will be collected in full at time of scheduling.

If you are going to be late, please let me know! I offer a 10-minute grace period on all appointments. Unless you have received prior approval, your appointment will be canceled at the 10-minute mark and you will be charged in full for your scheduled session.
